  • At the beginning you will be systematically trained in the different areas of our loving customer service department
  • In everyday life you will mainly talk to our customers on the phone, answer e-mails, be the contact person for the post office and take care of the live chat
  • Hardly anyone will know the feedback of our customers better than you! With you and this knowledge we want to work out long-term future strategies for service and product development
  • You communicate with our logistics and marketing departments so that you are always up-to-date and can offer the best service to our customers
  • You support our country manager with influencer marketing campaigns for the Dutch market, by doing research for suitable accounts for our brand, negotiating prices and checking and analyzing the success of postings

Job Requirements

  • Are you studying a communications, economics, pedagogy or a related course of study or have you just finished your studies?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English? Basic German skills are beneficial.
  • Can you be a reliable and friendly customer service agent everyday, and is the office extremely important to you?
  • Do you enjoy communicating with people?
  • Are happy customers a personal goal for you?
